This policy explains the cookies Moveee uses and how you can control them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy. The short version: we only use cookies that are needed to run the app and to remember your display choice — no analytics or advertising cookies, and nothing that tracks you across other sites.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let the site keep you signed in and remember simple preferences between visits.
2. The cookies we use
Moveee sets only two cookies, both first-party (set by Moveee, not a third party):
- session_id — essential. Keeps you signed in and keeps your session secure. It's set only after you log in, is cryptographically signed, and is marked HTTP-only so scripts can't read it. It lasts until you sign out or clear it. Without this cookie you can't stay logged in, so it can't be switched off.
- theme — preference. Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode, so the app doesn't flash the wrong theme when a page loads. It's set only when you toggle the theme and lasts about a year. You can clear it any time; the app simply falls back to the default look.
3. What we don't use
We don't use analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies, and we don't allow third-party cookies that follow you around the web. Any figures we keep on how the app is used are counted on our own servers, not through tracking cookies. (Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which doesn't set a cookie but does reveal your IP address to Google to serve the font — see our Privacy Policy.)
4. Managing cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the essential session_id cookie will stop you from signing in; blocking the theme cookie just means the app won't remember your light/dark choice.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above.
