Welcome to Moveee. These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and Moveee about how you can use our website and apps. Please read them — using Moveee means you accept them.
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating a Moveee account or otherwise using our website, apps and related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What Moveee is
Moveee is a training platform for cyclists. We connect to your ride data, build a picture of your fitness, and automatically generate training plans and routes. Everything Moveee produces is for general fitness and informational purposes only.
3. Not medical or professional advice
Moveee is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Training plans, power estimates, and recommendations are generated automatically and may not be right for your circumstances. Consult a qualified physician before starting any training programme, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell.
Cycling carries inherent risks. You ride at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, your equipment, and for obeying all traffic laws.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Moveee. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you notice any unauthorised use.
5. Connecting third-party services
You can connect services such as Strava, Garmin, or Wahoo. We access only the data needed to provide the Service, and only with your authorisation, which you can revoke at any time. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- upload malicious code; or
- scrape, resell, or redistribute data from Moveee without our permission.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the ride data and content you bring to Moveee. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our content
Moveee — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Availability and changes
We're building Moveee actively, so features may change and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Moveee after a change means you accept it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries, accidents, or health outcomes arising from your training or riding. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using Moveee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
