Is it really free?

Yes — the profile, your plan and exploration are free to start, with no card required. We may add optional paid extras later, but the core stays free.

How does Moveee build my plan?

It reads your ride history to learn your power profile, then writes a periodised three-week block — build, build, recover — with a structured workout and a matching route on every training day.

Do I need a power meter?

No. Moveee works from your Strava history; power makes the analysis sharper, but heart-rate and speed data get you a plan too.

What if I miss a ride?

No problem. Moveee re-shuffles the week around what you actually did and adapts the load, so your plan always reflects real training — not a broken schedule.

Is Moveee good for beginners?

Absolutely. It meets you at your current fitness and builds from there — whether it's your first structured plan or your tenth season, the coaching scales to you.

What happens to my data?

It's yours. Private by design — only you ever see it. We never sell it or show it to other riders.
