Moveee Indoor versions
Moveee Indoor's own version history — the browser trainer world, shared rooms and route scenery, separate from the rest of the app. Currently on Moveee Indoor v0.4.32.
v0.2.46
Moveee Indoor: every mapped forest becomes a real forest
2026-07-17- New Every wood and forest OpenStreetMap marks along your route is now filled with trees, and far more densely than before — so the forests you ride past are the forests that are really there. This is drawn to stay fast: the mass forest uses low-poly tree models and GPU instancing, so a whole forest costs the graphics card only a handful of draws, and each forest streams in over a few frames instead of arriving in one lump.
v0.2.45
Moveee Indoor: roadside trees drawn as GPU instances
2026-07-17- Fixed Roadside trees — copses, scattered trees and single mapped trees — are now drawn as GPU instances, the way the mapped woods already were, so a whole stand of them costs the graphics card one or two draws instead of hundreds. They were the biggest single cost in a city (three quarters of everything the frame drew), so this is what lets a dense route hold its framerate. The trade-off is that an individual roadside tree is no longer separately selectable in the admin tools, the same as the mapped woods have always been.
v0.2.44
Moveee Indoor: lighter scenery for a smoother city
2026-07-17- Fixed Cities and dense routes ran at 20–28 fps. Roadside trees had grown to three quarters of everything the scene draws, so their numbers are cut back to a level a frame can afford — copses are smaller and spaced further apart, and the roadside tree scatter is thinned. Broad woodland still comes from the cheap GPU-instanced mapped woods, so the landscape stays full.
v0.2.43
Moveee Indoor: fields and woods with soft, natural edges
2026-07-17- Improved Fields, meadows, woods, parks and other natural land now have smooth, flowing outlines instead of the hard angular corners the map data traces them with. Built-up lots — housing, industry, a quarry — keep their straight surveyed edges, and roads are untouched.
v0.2.42
Moveee Indoor: free camera on Tab, faster fly-through
2026-07-17- Changed Admins can now enter and leave the free camera with the Tab key, instead of only through the debug menu.
- Changed Holding Shift in the free camera now flies about five times faster than before, so you can cross a long route in a moment; Alt still slows right down for close inspection.
v0.2.41
Moveee Indoor: cities have their buildings back
2026-07-17- Fixed Riding through a city no longer gives you an empty world. The request for the real map could not be answered for somewhere that dense, and the world read the failure as 'there is nothing here' — so a city centre was built with no buildings, no roads and no land at all. Central Ljubljana now returns 500 buildings, 180 roads and 300 land patches.
- Improved Far more of the buildings OpenStreetMap maps are actually built — nearly all of them on a built-up street, where before more than half of every town was silently dropped.
- Improved Mapped neighbours no longer push each other off the map: houses on a dense street were each reserving a circle wide enough for their corners in every direction, so a terrace lost most of itself.
v0.2.40
Moveee Indoor: a plane crosses the sky
2026-07-17- New Every few minutes an airliner tracks across the sky in the distance, high up and going somewhere else entirely. Rare enough that you catch it rather than watch it.
v0.2.39
Moveee Indoor: a low-poly tree pack, split into separate objects
2026-07-17- New Thirteen new low-poly objects join the library, each its own reviewable object rather than one pack: ten trees, a bare dead tree, a cut stump and a rock cluster. The trees and the dead tree join woodland scenery, the stump joins the ground clutter, and the rock joins the rocks.
v0.2.38
Moveee Indoor: the motorway spans your road
2026-07-17- Fixed Where a motorway crosses the road you are riding, it now spans it in one clear gap. Its columns could previously land on your tarmac, leaving you riding straight at a concrete pillar in the middle of the road. Only your own road is kept clear — a motorway crossing any other road still stands on its columns.
v0.2.37
Moveee Indoor: a stopped rider stays put
2026-07-17- Fixed Pausing or stopping now holds the rider still across the road as well as along it. Their line on the road drifts gently as you ride, and the moment you stopped they would keep gliding sideways into it for another second or two — with the bike standing still.
v0.2.36
Moveee Indoor: roadside ads you can actually read
2026-07-17- Fixed Roadside ad boards now turn to face you as you ride up to them. They were angled the wrong way round, so you only ever saw the blank back of the board.
- Fixed The board's mast no longer shows through the front of the ad as a black stripe down the middle.
v0.2.35
Moveee Indoor: pavements stand at kerb height
2026-07-17- Fixed City pavements were sunk into the road — their kerb sat below the tarmac. They now stand a proper kerb height above it, and the street lights, benches and bins on them rise with them.
- Fixed A pavement now follows the street it runs beside, so on a hill it climbs with the road instead of its slabs stepping and tilting against it.
v0.2.34
Moveee Indoor: motorways, power lines and a world with more going on
2026-07-17- Changed Every motorway you pass is now built from the real highway model — an elevated dual carriageway on columns — swept along the actual mapped route, so it bends and climbs with the landscape instead of being two flat grey stripes.
- New Overhead power lines now cross the countryside: pylons for high-voltage runs, wooden poles for local ones, with the cables strung between them in a proper sag.
- New Radio masts now appear wherever the map has one, alongside the existing pylons and poles.
- New Roadside billboards are back, with a wall of upbeat encouragement. You will pass one every few minutes, mostly on the way through a village and only now and then out in open country, always turned to face you as you ride up.
- New Football pitches and basketball courts now appear where the map says there is one, at their real size and angle.
- New Playgrounds and car parks are now placed from the map too.
- Fixed The car park model was set up to be scaled by its height, which for a flat car park meant a 16 m tall lamp post over a 57 m lot. It is now sized by its footprint.
v0.2.33
Moveee Indoor: hillside houses stand on real ground
2026-07-17- Fixed Trees, bushes and rocks are now set slightly into the ground, and deeper on a slope, so they no longer perch with their base lifting off the downhill side.
- New A building that OpenStreetMap really maps on a hillside now gets a levelled platform cut for it, easing smoothly back into the slope, instead of being left out because the land was too steep. Only ground too steep to terrace believably still loses its building.
v0.2.32
Moveee Indoor: fences follow the ground
2026-07-17- Fixed Fences now follow the slope they are built on. They used to stand perfectly level on the height at their middle, so on any hillside one end dug into the bank and the other hung in the air.
- Fixed Where the ground is too steep to fence at all, the run simply stops instead of leaving a section floating over the bank.
- Changed The 0 key now always reverses the route direction — there is no longer a Debug switch to turn on first. It still never fires while you are typing.
v0.2.31
Moveee Indoor: bridges, pylons, a lighthouse and a bell tower
2026-07-17- New A steel truss bridge joins the stone arch, and each water crossing now picks between them, so a route with several rivers no longer repeats the same bridge at every one.
- New A new electricity pylon and a new lighthouse join the existing ones, and both appear on the real OpenStreetMap positions the world already reads.
- New A free-standing bell tower now stands beside the occasional larger village church.
- New A new low building joins the town buildings.
- Fixed A bridge is now seated by the deck you ride across rather than by its highest point, so a bridge that carries its frame above the roadway no longer sinks its deck below the road.
- Improved Churches are now listed under Town & landmarks in the object library instead of Other.
v0.2.30
Moveee Indoor: one barrier per side at a level crossing · real kerbed pavements in town
2026-07-17- Fixed A level crossing now raises one warning barrier on each side of the road instead of two. A crossing over a double track is mapped once per rail, and each of those was putting up its own pair — so you rode past four barriers standing almost on top of each other.
- Fixed Routes you have already ridden pick up the corrected crossings straight away, rather than keeping the old ones from your browser's saved copy of the map.
- Improved City streets now have proper pavements built from a modular road kit — a real kerb standing 20 cm proud, tiled down both sides of the road — instead of a flat grey band painted on the ground. They follow the street round its bends and climb with it on a gradient.
- Improved The new low-poly road kit is in the admin object library as 13 separate objects (road tiles, turns and the pavement pieces) rather than one lump, so each can be reviewed and placed on its own. An elevated road, a circle catwalk and a bus stop join them.
v0.2.29
Moveee Indoor: level crossings stand on the road · fields follow the hills they lie on
2026-07-17- Fixed Railway crossing barriers no longer stand out in open fields with no road under them: a crossing that belongs to a side road running near your route is left off the map instead of being dragged onto your road.
- Fixed The crossings you really do ride over are planted squarely on the road, even where the road bends away from the stylised line the world rides.
- Fixed Fields, meadows, parks and the other coloured land patches now curve with the ground instead of stretching flat between their corners — on a hillside they used to cut into the slope and hang over the dips. Each patch is now shaped to the terrain underneath it, so a field on a hill reads as part of the hill.
v0.2.28
Moveee Indoor: trees sit on the ground, everywhere
2026-07-17- Fixed Vine trees no longer hover half a metre above the ground — on every route, not just the one they were spotted on.
- Improved Height corrections now belong to the model rather than to the one copy that was reviewed: nudging a tree down in the admin feedback tool re-seats every copy of it across the whole world at once, including scenery that streams in later.
v0.2.27
Moveee Indoor: a fuller, tidier landscape
2026-07-17- Improved Rural routes are far less empty: forest copses now start every 150 metres and are full of individual trees instead of three, and mapped woodland from OpenStreetMap is both denser and drawn over three times as much of the corridor.
- Improved The land around you now reads as real terrain rather than one flat green: scrub, heath, grassland, rock and moor are read from OpenStreetMap far further out, and parks, golf courses, orchards, vineyards and built-up ground each get their own colour.
- Improved Verges are greener — low-poly roadside planting is denser, reaches further back from the road, and still draws as GPU instances.
- Fixed Fences no longer run across roads. A fence run now breaks at the verge on both sides of any road it meets, including mapped side roads.
- Fixed Trees, bushes, rocks and grass are no longer planted on mapped side roads and railways — only the ridden road was ever checked before.
- Fixed Railways now always pass beneath the road you are riding instead of occasionally crossing over it.
- Fixed Mapped side roads keep a clear gap under the asphalt, so a junction no longer flickers through the painted white edge line.
- Fixed Roadside benches now face the road, the way someone would actually sit on one.
v0.2.26
Moveee Indoor: city-life object pack
2026-07-17- New Ten new city-life objects join the library: a building, skyscraper, hotel, bakery, corner store, basketball court, grass patch, field, ocean and airplane.
- New The new buildings appear on routes automatically — the bakery and corner store as shops, the skyscraper in city cores, and the hotel alongside the existing hotels.
- New An outdoor basketball court now turns up occasionally on open ground beside town buildings, and the grass patch joins roadside greenery.
v0.2.25
Moveee Indoor: Skyscraper removal
2026-07-17- Changed The standalone Skyscraper object has been removed from Indoor buildings and the object library.
v0.2.24
Moveee Indoor: watermill removal
2026-07-17- Changed The Watermill and Watermill Wide objects have been removed from Indoor scenery and the object library; rural villages now use windmills as their landmark.
v0.2.23
Moveee Indoor: road-facing fences
2026-07-17- Fixed Every roadside and mapped field-edge fence now keeps its length aligned with the boundary while rotating its detailed front side toward the nearest road.
v0.2.22
Moveee Indoor: editable forest trios
2026-07-17- Changed Procedural forest patches now keep three individually selectable Ultimate Tree variants instead of one large repeated batch, making each remaining tree easy to review and adjust.
v0.2.21
Moveee Indoor: live object appearance editor
2026-07-17- New Admins can now tune an object's exact world size and lightness directly in its object-library preview, with visible and future copies updating immediately and the result saving globally.
- Improved Object-library previews now mirror the active Indoor world's ambient light, sun, exposure, ground and shadows so appearance decisions match the route more closely.
- New The object library can copy a permanent-asset-ID appearance handoff covering every saved size and lightness override.
v0.2.20
Moveee Indoor: sortable object library
2026-07-17- Improved Admins can now sort the Indoor object library by name, 3D size, polygons, vertices or model-added time, switch direction, and see each model's added date and time.
v0.2.19
Moveee Indoor: modeled water areas
2026-07-17- Improved Mapped ponds, lakes and reservoirs now render with the textured 3D water object, fitted to their real OpenStreetMap size and direction, instead of appearing as plain blue patches.
v0.2.18
Moveee Indoor: reliability and performance hardening
2026-07-16- Improved Indoor now validates and bounds ride, route and map data before processing it, while route-map and Strava work continue safely in background jobs.
- Improved The 3D world now releases GPU, timer and trainer resources reliably, loads model packs only when needed without dropping first-chunk custom-route objects, and adapts visual work to protect frame rate.
- Improved Fifteen oversized legacy scenery models now use optimized textures, reducing their combined download size by about 80%.
- Fixed Account-scoped offline caches, safer browser rendering, a strict content policy and short-lived multiplayer relay credentials harden Indoor without exposing shared secrets.
- Fixed Self-hosted Three.js and Leaflet assets remove runtime CDN dependencies while preserving every existing map and embedded GLB texture.
v0.2.17
Moveee Indoor: complete roundabout approaches
2026-07-16- Improved Every mapped roundabout now loads at least 200 metres of each connected OpenStreetMap road, including multi-way side-road continuations that the active route never rides.
